Since 2017, I’ve been immersed in the real estate industry, bringing a multifaceted perspective through my experience as a top-performing agent, Transaction and Administrative Manager, Regional Sales Director and now Director of Operations. My role bridges hands-on client representation and high-level agent leadership, allowing me to deliver strategic value to both buyers, sellers, and fellow agents across the region.
Before entering real estate, I led customer service and sales teams in the pharmaceutical, dotcom, insurance, and telecom sectors—managing up to 100 representatives across multiple locations. This background sharpened my ability to lead, problem-solve, and create scalable systems for success—skills I now apply daily in both my client work and agent development efforts.
