Lou currently serves as the Broker of Record of Realty ONE Group Restore offices in Collegeville, Blue Bell and Conshohocken, and the Broker of Record for Realty ONE Group Supreme in Doylestown.  Lou is a 2023 Director for the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, and serves on the Professional Standards Committee and the Grievance Committee for Tri County Suburban Realtors. Lou is also a certified John Maxwell Team coach, speaker, and trainer, and is an advocate and friend to all. No one knows contracts better than Lou. He is an expert in real estate contracts and negotiations, and has specialized in residential home sales, commercial & investment properties, land development, and new construction all throughout Montgomery, Chester, Bucks, Delaware and Philadelphia counties. He is well known in the real estate industry and brings over 27 years of real estate experience to our agents and offices.  

Lou entered the real estate business in 1996 with ambitions of working with people to foster lifelong relationships. His focus on his client's personal needs by being easily accessible to them made the home selling & home buying experience a memorable one. His business has always thrived on personal recommendations from satisfied clients. Lou is a meticulous, organized and self motivated individual.  He acquired his Associate Brokers license in 2004 after completing 240 hours of Broker real estate courses. These courses included Real Estate Law, Appraisal, and Brokerage Management.

Lou lives in Collegeville with his wife, Alex, and their five children. Lou starts each day with the mindset of "How can I help someone today?"
