His educational foundation includes a Villanova MBA, a Master’s degree in Project Management, an Associate’s degree in Technology, and years of legal and Professional Standards training in both the NJ and NY, Professional Standards Boards. His real estate certifications include Home Pricing, Contract/Price Negotiations, Luxury Marketing, Global Property Marketing Specialist, Professional Photographer, Graphic Designer, Project Management and Aerial Drone Pilot’s License.
As a business consultant, James has managed complex projects worth more than $100M/year. As a real estate broker, James uses project management expertise to negotiate and manage timely and profitable residential and commercial sales in all price ranges.

The photographic and marketing programs are designed to present the most appealing portrait of your home that professional photographic images, videos, 3-D graphics, and words can deliver through as many viable channels as the current market provides: MLSs, syndications, websites, landing pages, YouTube, social media, brochures, magazines, USPS, e-Mail, text, and private and open house showings.
