This course will review the ins and outs of the most recent changes (released August 1) to this most important sales tool, while providing an in-depth understanding of this vitally important document. We will discuss new concerns as the market continues to change as well as delve into the basics of Real Estate Contract law. 

As always, Alex will include real life examples and will involve all participants in sharing and conversations to further enforce key concepts. 

No matter how often you review the PAR Standard Agreement of the Sale of Real Estate, there is always something new to learn.
