The Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation is tailored for REALTORS® aiming to cater to the unique needs of older Americans during the processes of selling, purchasing, relocating, or refinancing residential or investment properties. By achieving the SRES® designation, REALTORS® equip themselves to provide mature clients with optimal choices and relevant information crucial for making significant life decisions.
