This course covers what agents need to know about Pennsylvania zoning and municipal land use law as it relates to residential and small commercial properties. Come away from this course with the ability to advise clients on the basic zoning permit process and how to proceed with zoning appeals and variance requests.
Topics include:
•The ABC’s of land use
•Zoning in Pennsylvania
•Zoning challenges such as spot zoning, eminent domain, and exclusionary zoning
•Zoning enforcement
