Required General Module- 7-hour Course for New Licensees

Description

This is the required course for new licensees (those licensed after 12/1/21). 

The course follows the required outline of the PA Real Estate Commission.

Topics include: 

• Duties of licensees
•  Closing costs
•  Agreement of Sale including addenda and special clauses
•  Title reports 
•  Zoning Agency relationships and representation agreements
•  Environmental concerns

This course is approved for 7 hours RECE (RECE002897) for those licensed after 12/1/21.($75)
