Description

This foundational course is required for all new licensees in Pennsylvania, who are licensed between 12/1/23 and 11/30/25. 

This class will teach you:

• Licensee duties and ethical responsibilities
• Understanding closing costs
• Navigating the Agreement of Sale, including addenda and special clauses
• Interpreting title reports
• Zoning considerations
• Agency relationships and representation agreements
• Environmental concerns in real estate transactions
