Stephen A. Danastorg, Esq., President:  Stephen A. Danastorg has 32 years of experience as a Pennsylvania and New Jersey barred attorney in private practice and in the title insurance industry. He is the owner of Diversified Settlement Services, Inc. (DSS), which opened its doors in December 1998.  As the licensed title producer, he was the primary force in the expansion of DSS’s footprint into 20 states and the District of Columbia and continues to be hands on in the management, underwriting, sales and compliance for DSS. Prior to founding DSS, he served as in-house counsel for Professional Abstract & Assurance Corp. and Legal Title, Inc., two large title insurance agents based in the Philadelphia market.  Both companies were consistently recognized by area underwriters as one of the highest volume offices in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  Simultaneously, Mr. Danastorg was a partner in the general practice law firm of Freezman & Danastorg, P.C.
