Sherry Pace

About

Ms. Pace is the housing counseling program manager, providing pre-purchase housing counseling through webinars, workshops, and face-to-face counseling. She joined Bucks County Housing Group in March of 1999. Ms. Pace has received certification(s) from the NeighborWorks Center for Homeownership Education and Counseling (NCHEC) in Homeownership Counseling for Program Mangers and Executive Directors, Foreclosure Intervention and Default Counseling, Rental Counseling, Homeownership Counseling, Pre-purchase Homeownership Education, and Post-Purchase Education. She is also a U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Certified Housing Counselor and a Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) Housing Counseling Specialist. Ms. Pace holds an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts from Montgomery County Community College. Her extensive industry training and high-performance standards allowed Bucks County Housing Group to be officially recognized as an Adopter of the National Industry Standards for Homeownership Education and Counseling since 2010.

The  Bucks County Housing Group (BCHG) Mission is to end housing and food insecurity in our communities. To further this mission, BCHG offers a supportive housing program for homeless families with children (Bucks County Housing link referrals only), case management for the county Bridge/Home transitional program, 87 scattered site rentals, two food pantries, and a HUD certified housing counseling department that offers education and individual counseling on a variety of topics related to housing.
