Emily Wang has served local and international clients for 20+ years, successfully closing both residential and commercial real estate transactions with knowledge of the local real estate market. After living in the Greater Philadelphia area for 30 years with a background of English teacher, bilingual interpreter in Mandarin, family and immigration law paralegal, she brings a deep understanding of multicultural communities and the unique needs of new immigrants and global clients. Emily has consistently earned top sales recognition, including multiple Pinnacle Quality Service Awards.
As a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designee and the first CIPS Instructor in Pennsylvania, serving in NAR CIPS Advisory Board for a few years, Emily is highly regarded for her leadership in global real estate marketing. Her proposal for expanding global real estate initiatives was adopted into the Strategic Plan of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors®. She has taken an active role in organizing and promoting NAR’s CIPS designation and NAR Global initiatives within GPAR and across the region, hosting webinars with NAR Global staff, global ambassadors, committee members, and top CIPS professionals around the world.
Emily has also earned a Certificate of Completion from Invest in Dubai Real Estate and has participated in trade missions to Dubai, China, Jamaica, Mexico, Dominican Republic, and additional countries. Through these experiences, she has built an extensive international network of real estate professionals. Locally, she has hosted numerous property tours for global clients and visiting real estate delegations.
A passionate advocate for diversity, homeownership and fair housing, particularly in underserved communities. She is a member of The Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors, Bucks County Association of Realtors® and Tri-County Suburban Realtors®, where she also serves on the Diversity, DEI, Commercial and RPAC Committees. Emily is a major investor for Realtors Political Action Committee (RPAC) and was just recently inducted into PA RPAC Hall of Fame. Emily serves as a board director, DEI and RPAC Fundraising committee member for Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and CIPS Advisory Board for National Association of Realtors. Emily is chosen in the training of PAR Leadership Academy 2025-2026.
Emily is deeply committed to public services. She was appointed by Philadelphia Mayor as a Commissioner of the Philadelphia Commission for Women, where she serves on the Housing Subcommittee. She also serves with the Mayor’s Office of Engagement for Women committee, the Philadelphia250 Women’s Committee & Community Advisory Committee. In all these roles, Emily works tirelessly to empower women, advance equity & justice, and promote Philadelphia as a thriving global city positioned for prosperity and success.
