5/28/2025 Required Residential Module- Course for New Licensees-Zoom Option

Description

This foundational course is required for all new licensees in Pennsylvania who are licensed between 12/1/23 and 11/30/25. 

Following the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission’s mandated outline, this class covers:

 •Uniform construction code and zoning
 •Environmental issues
 •Types of construction
 •Land development
 •Home inspections and home warranties
 •Mortgage information 

This course is approved for 7 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education (RECE002898) and is available for $75.
