Description

This foundational, full-day course is required for all new licensees in Pennsylvania who obtained their license between 12/1/23 and 11/30/25. 

Designed to build a strong knowledge base, this course will teach you:

 •Uniform construction code and zoning regulations
 •Environmental issues
 •Types of construction-residential and commercial
 •Land development
 •Home inspections and home warranties
 •Mortgage information 

This course is approved for 7 hours of CE (RECE002898) and is available for $75.
