SafeShowings Request Access

SafeShowings is a safety app designed specifically for real estate professionals to provide an added layer of protection when meeting clients, conducting showings, hosting open houses, and working in the field. The app allows users to securely capture identifying information, create emergency contacts, track showing locations, and automatically alert designated contacts if a showing is not ended within the selected timeframe.

Access to SafeShowings is a BCAR member benefit available to eligible members at no additional cost.
