Tom is a co-founder & CEO of the My CU Home Connection program and a highly regarded real estate executive with over 33 years of experience. Throughout his career, he has been involved in more than 3,000 real estate transactions across the Philadelphia metropolitan area.

With 25 years in leadership, Tom has owned, operated, and managed some of the region’s top realty franchises, including RE/MAX, Keller Williams, and Weichert Realty. In 2020, as CEO of First Heritage Realty, he set out to transform the real estate landscape by creating partnerships that establish credit unions and their members as leaders in the industry.

That mission led to the creation of My CU Home Connection—a first-of-its-kind program that brings financial benefits and enhanced service to credit unions, their members, and the public. The program is uniquely positioned to give credit unions a competitive edge in real estate.

Tom holds prestigious designations including CLHMS, GRI, CRS, RFS, CDPE, and SFR, and has been recognized with multiple awards, including induction into the RE/MAX International Hall of Fame. Beyond his career achievements, Tom supports his community and was a member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Bucks County.
